 Kolkata, 28th August, 2022; Shri Subrata Saha, Minister, Department of Food Processing Industries, Govt of West Bengal, inaugurated the three-day 19th International Foodtech Kolkata 2022 Exhibition at Milon Mela with Shri Rachit Kapur, Director, NK Kapur & Co Pvt Ltd, Shri Jayanta Kumar Aikat, Director, Food Processing Industries, Shri Bidhan Das, Dy Director, Indian Institute of Packaging, Shri Rajat Budhiraj, Chairman, All India Food Processors' Association, Eastern Chapter and Shri Zakir Hossain convenor, 19th International FOODTECH KOLKATA, 2022. International Fodtech Kolkata 2022 exhibition was formally inaugurated by Shri Subrata Saha, Hon’ble minister, on 26th August at the Biswa Bangla Milan Mela Prangan. Over 140 major foreign and Indian food and hospitality sector companies and leading brands have participated in the three-day (August 26 – 28 / 10am to 6pm) mega event which is eastern region’s largest food and hospitality exhibition.The premier mega business to business (B2B) exhibition draws participants from packaging, confectionery, bakery, dairy and hotel and allied services sectors. The Expo, supported by seven major trade associations from the food industry and hospitality sectors.
